Nougatine and hard candy extruder equipped with a pair of forming cylinders for molding individual units. The cylinders are covered by transparent plexiglass to prevent direct contact by the operator. If the plexiglass is removed, the cylinders will be blocked, making it impossible to operate without complying with current safety regulations. Below is a compartment for adding trays during the work cycle, and the machine is mounted on wheels for easy movement within the workshop. Depending on the types of formats required, multiple pairs of rollers can be produced, and the quick-release system allows for quick replacement.
