Top table panning machine for coating with chocolate nuts and similar products with a production capacity of g kg/h. Equipped with a speed regulator for bowl rotation and to control the air flow during the product solidification phase. The internal refrigeration unit uses cold air in addition to hot and ambient air for faster chocolate solidification. The stainless steel bowl is removable for easy cleaning.
