Double-walled cooker equipped with a double-walled heating element to reach working temperature. For mixing, the paddle rotates with a planetary motion to create cereal bars, granola, and almond brittle. The copper-lined bowl cooks at high temperatures to prepare the sugar syrup and bind the ingredients, allowing them to be processed in a single machine. Once the production cycle is complete, the paddle is raised and the product is discharged by rotating the bowl. The cooker can also be used to mix powder-based protein bar dough.
